Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Tasks
You will be responsible for producing great designs for our clients’ apps; you will be developing creatives for app store A/B testing, and overseeing other designers’ work for App Store Optimization and UA creatives. You get to work with one of the world’s leading mobile growth consultancies, with well-known apps and brands, in exciting Berlin, in a friendly and laid-back work atmosphere.
What you'll do
- Produce visual and creative assets for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (e.g. screenshots, icons, app preview videos)
- Provide ideas around optimizing creatives that will help increase conversion in the app stores
- Assist in the development and production of UA campaigns
- Help design and develop Phiture’s website and brand assets, both online and offline
- Support marketing and design-related activities of our company and our clients such as creating branding for conference and events, assisting with the development of internal and external design workshops, and refining our corporate identity
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience as a Designer
- Experience working within a brand or agency, preferably mobile
- Creativity and passion for design
- Great interest in mobile app marketing
- Excellent design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- First experiences with prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Motion Design Skills (After Effects/Premiere or similar)
- Ability to manage yourself and take initiative
- Able to work under pressure and urgent deadlines without compromising on the quality of work
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and maintain new processes and workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience with conversion designs (A/B testing etc.)
- Experience in project management
