Tasks

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our marketing & BD team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your goal will be to generate great leads and convert prospects into clients for our consultancy/agency business.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process and pipeline from first contact through to qualification, pitch and closing
  • Develop outbound and inbound client leads, prioritize opportunities, work on proposals and assist with product marketing
  • Evolve our bd and sales approach and strategy, helping us to level-up regarding acquiring new customers and growing average deal value.
  • Work with our service teams to determine client-fit, align on resources and consider technical client requirements
  • Align closely with our marketing efforts for lead conversion promotion and follow-up, ensure strong integration of our sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop in-depth bd reports including sales analytics and feed industry trends, prospect needs and challenges back to our service teams
  • Represent Phiture at international conferences, maximizing our presence and sales potential

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience across business development and sales, some ideally within the mobile app industry. Agency / professional services experience is a plus
  • Strong CRM experience (e.g. automation, analytics) - ideally with Hubspot, our current CRM
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of mobile marketing (e.g. Martech, attribution, ASO, mobile CRM) to understand prospects’ needs and lead in-depth conversations around solutions
  • Deep curiosity about the mobile apps ecosystem with fluency in common business models and knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Experience with developing complex enterprise sales leads along with pricing and proposals
  • Ability to develop highly converting sales materials and presentations and comfortable presenting to varied audiences and stakeholders
  • Integrity. We are not looking for a sales ‘shark’ who closes at all costs. We are looking for someone who cares as much as we do about delivering great solutions and true value for clients that are a great fit for Phiture.
  • You’re highly approachable but clear and to the point, with excellent written and spoken interpersonal and networking skills
